IT’S COMING HOME! Over the bloody moon to share that NORPA Lismore’s production LOVE FOR ONE NIGHT is back.

This is theatre at the pub, like you’ve never seen before. After a sold out 2022 season described at ‘pure joy’ by Australian Stage, NORPA’s award winning show will roll back to The Eltham. Set against this beautiful venue, with a grandstand in our carpark, the production blends storytelling, movement, cinematic projections and a live band to create an unforgettable theatre experience.

Directed by Julian Louis and created in his signature theatrical style, this site-specific work transforms a humble country pub into a wonderland of the everyday, we’re strangers meet, sparks fly, hearts are won and lost.

A FEW THINGS FOR VISITORS DURING THIS TIME

*Show nights are Tuesday - Saturday weekly. Sunday and Mondays are business as usual at the pub, with no show.

 *Parking is limited due to stadium seating, so grab your mates and carpool.

If you’re coming to the show:

  • Show commences at 7.30pm sharp, with seating beginning at 7.15pm

  • There will be a NORPA box office tent out the front of the pub to check in with when you arrive.

  • Pre-show dinner bookings are ESSENTIAL, with seatings from 5pm - 6.15pm to ensure your meal is served before the show starts. Please call 02 6629 1217 or email bookings@elthampub.com.au to book a table.

  • Our menu is slightly paired back, to ensure you’re fed before you need to sit down for the show.

If you’re not coming to the show (it’s business as usual, just a few changes to take the stage…)

  • There will be a separate entrance for non-ticket holders on show night - if you’re looking at the pub, it is to the far right, through a well-lit archway.

  • During show times each night (7.30pm-8.45pm), the main bar will not be accessible (as it is in show view) so we will have a temporary bar set up down near the fireplace.

  • Still want to come for a feed? The early seating is reserved for ticket holders, so we’re taking all other dinner bookings from 7.15pm on show nights.

  • It’s a great time in Eltham, a little different to the norm though, so we thank you for your understanding at this time.
